What is Double Cone Mixer?

Double cone mixer is made by a supporting part, the hopper,  motor, and transmission, the machine is suitable for mixing powder and grain state materials. The working process of the machine is: open a material port of the mixing bin, put a certain amount of materials to be mixed, seal the lid, press the rotation start button and the equipment starts to work. After reaching the set rotation time, it can automatically stop. At this time, the rotation time can be determined on the timing controller according to the mixing degree of the materials; according to different materials, the specific mixing time also can be set.

It is widely used in pharmacy, foodstuff, feed, building material, pearlescent pigments, chemicals, and other industries.

Working principle of double cone mixer

The double cone mixer is designed with a W-shaped structure, and a stirring paddle can be added to the drum; when the drum rotates, the material is continuously lifted in the drum, thrown, and staggered, so as to achieve the effect of rapid mixing, and finally achieve uniform mixing. The drum is continuously turned over in the entire mixing process, all the materials in the drum are moved, and there is no dead angle for mixing.

1. The machine is driven by a motor, the cylinder is driven by the sprocket, and the stirring blade is driven by the triangle belt, simple structure, reliable transmission, and convenient maintenance.
2. The double cone cylinder bearing adopts the mechanical seal dust isolation treatment, has a reliable sealing effect, and can be used for liquid material mixing.
3. The double cone tube feeding port adopts a quick unscrew valve, and the discharge port adopts a large diameter 90° rotary valve, which is especially convenient to use.
