Description
The oven utilizes a natural convection (circulation) system. The supply air is preheated in a chamber, and passes through the ventilation slits on the side panel of the working chamber, and enters the chamber interior. The volume of the exhaust air exiting the oven is controlled by the air flap at the rear panel of the oven, thereby controlling the flow of incoming air.
The internal working space is manufactured from corrosion-resistant steel and has a moveable perforated stainless steel shelf.
